Unilever PLC - Transactions in Own Shares
Unilever PLC announces that on 24 April 2008 it purchased 250,000 Unilever PLC
ordinary shares at prices between 1622 pence and 1667 pence per share. The
purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, Unilever PLC holds 12,041,215 Unilever PLC
ordinary shares in treasury, and has 1,298,115,146 Unilever PLC ordinary shares
in issue (excluding treasury shares).
