UNILEVER HAS REQUESTED NV TRUST OFFICE TO CONSIDER INITIATING THE TERMINATION OF THE DEPOSITARY RECEIPT STRUCTURE
London/Rotterdam, May 1, 2019 - Unilever today announces that it has requested the NV Trust Office to consider initiating the termination of the depositary receipt structure and that the NV Trust Office has agreed to start the required process. Such termination is subject to the approval of the depositary receipt holders, which will be sought by the NV Trust Office in due course.
