Unilever prices $2.1 bILLIOn bond on the U.S. market
Unilever has on 19 March 2018 priced a quadruple-tranche $2.1 billion bond on the U.S. market. $ 400 million 2.750 per cent fixed rate notes are due 22 March 2021, $ 550 million 3.125 per cent fixed rate notes are due 22 March 2023, $ 350 million 3.375 per cent fixed rate notes are due 22 March 2025 and a further $ 800 million 3.500 per cent fixed rate notes are due 22 March 2028. The bond offering is scheduled to close on 22 March 2018.
