Uniphar plc ("Uniphar" or the "Company") has been notified by ROI Healthco IOM 1 Limited today that, following a transaction on 17 July 2019, they have an interest in 19,652,373 ordinary shares of €0.08 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This represents 7.3% of the issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
