Unisys Announces Date of Fourth-Quarter, Full-Year 2001 Financial Release and 
Conference Call


BLUE BELL, Pa., January 3, 2002 - Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) said today that
it will release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2001 financial results on 
Thursday, January 17 before the opening of trading on the New York Stock 
Exchange. Following the release, Unisys Chairman and CEO Larry Weinbach will 
host a conference call with the financial community from 8:15 - 9:15 a.m. EST to
discuss the results.

As is its usual policy, the company will offer a live, listen-only audiocast of 
the conference call via a link on the Unisys Investor Web site at 
www.unisys.com/investor. An audio replay of the Webcast will be available for 
about 10 days following the January 17 conference call.
