ADDITIONAL LISTING

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 1,032 ordinary shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted on 13 April 2010 and trading will commence on 14 April 2010.

These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of option under The UNITE Group plc Approved Share Option Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
