Further to the admission today of 16,000,000 new ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Admission") issued in connection with the placing announced on 13 June 2013 (the "Placing"), the Company announces the following changes to the share interests of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their connected persons:
