Nick Porter, Chief Executive, has today notified the Company of the sale of 1.2
million ordinary shares at a price of 177p on 27 May 2004. The transaction,
which was undertaken to meet certain personal financial commitments, involved a
market sale in relation to 500,000 shares and the placing with family interests
of the remainder. Following this transaction Nick Porter continues to hold
13,474,367 shares representing some 12.42% of the issued capital.  He has stated
that he has no intention of selling any further shares during this financial
year.
