ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, by Friends Ivory & Sime Plc on
behalf of FIS UK Mid/Smaller Co's on 31 January 2002, FIS UK Mid/Smaller Co's
now has an interest of 2,832,472 ordinary shares which represents 4.17% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
