The Company has been notified by letter dated 24 April, 2003, that following a
sale of 459,854 shares on 23 April 2003, Aviva plc and its subsidiary, Morley
Fund Management Limited, are interested in 4,135,907 ordinary shares of 25p each
in the capital of the Company, representing 3.84% of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
