The UNITE Group plc to Announce Interim Results on 15 September 2004

The UNITE Group plc, the UK's largest provider of student accommodation
services, today confirmed that the announcement of its interim results for the
six month period to 30 June 2004 will be made on Wednesday, 15 September, 2004.

An analysts' presentation, by invitation only, will be held at 0930hrs on 15
September, 2004 .  It will be held at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London,
EC2N 1HQ
