NOTICE OF RESULTS

The Unite Group plc, the UK's leading developer and manager of student accommodation, will announce its half year results for the period ended 30 June 2015 on 5 August 2015.

A management presentation will be held at 09:30 at the London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LS.  A conference call facility will also be available.
