NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS
The Board of The UNITE Group plc, the UK's largest provider of student
accommodation Services, today announces that its interim results for the six
months to 30 June 2005 will be released at 0700hrs on Thursday, 15 September
2005.
A presentation for analysts, by invitation only, will be held on the day at
0930hrs. It will be held at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1HQ.
