Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

United Oil & Gas Plc is pleased to announce that it has today posted to shareholders a notice of AGM, a form of proxy and the Company's audited annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 (together, the "Documents"). The hard copy annual report and financial statements being posted to shareholders is as per the version previously notified by the Company to the market on 30 April 2018.

The AGM will be held at 2.00pm on 25 June 2018 at the Company's registered office at 200 Strand, London WC2R 1DJ.

The Documents will be made available from the Company's website at: https://www.uogplc.com/investors/reports-presentations-and-meetings/ and will be uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism to be available for viewing shortly at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
