Result of General Meeting

and

Total Voting Rights

United Oil & Gas Plc, the London Stock Exchange listed oil and gas exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at its General Meeting held earlier today.

Application has been made for 54,545,454 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to listing on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, which is expected on 10 October 2018.

Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the issued ordinary share capital of United will consist of 345,613,985 Ordinary Shares. This figure represents the total number of voting rights in the Company which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
