United Utilities Group PLC announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements (ARFS) for the year ended 31 March 2020 and the 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice of Meeting) are now available for viewing, in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5(3), on the Company's website at the following website addresses:

Copies of the ARFS and the Notice of Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2020 will also shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism:

United Utilities Group PLC announced its final results on 22 May 2020 (the announcement) in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules which can be viewed at:
