United Utilities Group PLC announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements (ARFS) for the year ended 31 March 2024 and the 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice of Meeting) are now available for viewing, in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 6.3.5(3), on the Company's website at the following website addresses:

United Utilities Group PLC announced its final results on 16 May 2024 (the announcement) in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the announcement can be viewed at:
