("UniVision" or "the Group)
UniVision (AIM; UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed circuit television and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new contract by JSI -Autotoll JV ("the Contractor") with a total value of HK$11.25m (approx. £0.86m on the basis of the current prevailing exchange rate). The contract runs for approximately one and a half years.
The Contractor has entered into a contract (the "Main Contract") with the Hong Kong Government. The Main Contract is relating to Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Boundary Crossing Facilities and Hong Kong Link Road, and Tuen Mun- Chek Lap Kok Link Southern Connection -Traffic Control and Surveillance System. The sub-contract works to be performed by UniVison is to design, supply, deliver, install and commission the Closed Circuit Television Systems ("CCTV"). Hong Kong- Zhuhai -Macao Bridge is a major new infrastructure project of the Hong Kong Government.

For the year ended 31 March 2013, the Company's turnover in this sector was £7.26 million.
