                              DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

UniVision was notified on 3 October 2007 that the Chairman of the Company, Mr
Stephen Koo, purchased 1,241,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in UniVision at a
price of 2.5p per share on 3 October 2007.

Following this purchase and his former holdings with Up sky Investments which is
wholly owned by Mr Koo, his total shareholding in the Company is 79,985,000
shares, represents 20.85% of the current issued share capital.
