Appointment of New Finance Director
UniVision Engineering Ltd, one of Asia's leading providers of surveillance
systems and integrated security systems, announces that Ka Siu Johnny Tang has
resigned as Finance Director with immediate effect. Kwok Wai Ronald Sin, who
joined UniVision in September 2006 as Financial Controller, replaces him as
Finance Director.
Ronald, aged 49 brings to UniVision a wealth of financial experience and a broad
network of relationships. Prior to joining UniVision, he acted as the Group
Accounting Manager and Assistant Financial Controller of an international
company specialising in the offshore trade of aquatic feed products, biotech
products and feed additives. Prior to this, he held the position of Assistant
General Manager at the holding company of Union Garden Ltd, where he looked
after the OEM work completion for ADI, Compaq and IBM.
Ronald is a qualified accountant, a full member of HKICPA and a fellow member of
CPA Australia. He holds a BBus degree in Accounting and an MBA.
There is no other information relating to Ronald Sin which would be required to
be disclosed under the requirements of paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM
Rules.
Commenting on the appointment, Stephen Koo, Chairman of UniVision, said:
