Placing of new Ordinary Shares
UniVision Engineering Limited ('UniVision' or the 'Company') is pleased to
announce that its broker, Insinger de Beaufort, has placed 10,333,333 new
Ordinary Shares of HK$0.0625 at a price of 3p per share.
The placing has raised £310,000 before expenses for the Company and the funds
will be used to provide additional working capital for the Group.
Application has been made for 10,333,333 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The
shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares and admission is
expected to become effective at 8.00am on 20 January 2006.
