Result of Annual General Meeting
UniVision (AIM; UVEL), the Hong Kong based group whose principal activities are the supply, design, installation and maintenance of closed circuit television and surveillance systems, and the sale of security related products, announces that at the Group's annual general meeting, held on 21 September 2012 at 8/F Lever Tech Centre, 69-71 King Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, all resolutions were duly passed.

To date the Group has completed high profile projects for clients including Hong Kong International Airport, Tsing Ma Bridge Crossing, Mass Transit Railway, Shanghai Plaza 66 and Sydney CityRail Network selling its products through its distribution channels in China, Taiwan and other Asian countries.
The Group listed on AIM, part of the London Stock Exchange, in December 2005.
