Dear Sir/Madam,

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") held today i.e. Monday, 13^th May 2024, has considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31^st March 2024.  

The Board has recommended a dividend of 50% i.e. Rs. 1/- per equity share on equity shares of Rs. 2/-each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
