This is in furtherance to our intimation dated 14^th November, 2024 regarding meeting of the Right Issue Committee to be held on 20^th November, 2024.

Pursuant to the above, we wish to inform that the Rights Issue Committee of the Board at its meeting held today i.e., Wednesday, 20^th November, 2024 has, inter-alia, considered and approved the following terms of the Rights Issue: Total number of Rights Equity Shares and Rights Issue size, Rights Issue Price, Record date, Rights Issue period, Outstanding Equity Shares, Rights entitlement ratio, other terms of the Rights Issue (including fractional entitlements and zero entitlements) and Letter of Offer.
