Annual Report posting and Notice of AGM
Urban Logistics, (AIM: SHED) the specialist UK logistics REIT, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 and Notice of Annual General Meeting, ("AGM") have been despatched to shareholders.
The documents are available from the Company's London office and can be downloaded from its website www.urbanlogisticsreit.com.
The AGM will be held at 124 Sloane Street, London, SW1X 9BW at 10.00 am on 10 July 2020.
COVID-19
In accordance with current guidance regarding social contact and public gathering, shareholders will not be able to attend the AGM in person.
The Company will ensure that the legal requirements to hold the AGM can be satisfied and that its format will be purely functional. The AGM will only comprise the formal votes without any business update.
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote on all of the resolutions online or by appointing the Chair of the AGM as a proxy in advance of the meeting. Questions can be raised before the meeting by emailing ir@urbanlogisticsreit.com. Responses to these questions will be provided in writing on the Company's website.
The Company's in person attendance at the AGM will be limited to satisfy the requirements for a quorum. Unless there is any material change in circumstances that causes the Company to alter its arrangements, any shareholder attempting to physically attend the AGM in person (other than those required to form a quorum) will be refused admission.
