Notice of Annual General Meeting

URU Metals Limited, (AIM: URU), the base metals and uranium explorer and development company, announces that its notice of annual general meeting has been posted to shareholders today.   The annual general meeting is to be held at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (3:00 p.m. British Summer time) on 26 October 2012 at the offices of NWT Uranium Limited, Suite 1201, 100 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

A copy of the notice of annual general meeting will be available for viewing on the Company's website, www.urumetals.com.
