The statement 'There is no further information on Mr Kloepper to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.' should read 'There is no further information on Mr Appleby to be disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.'.

Directorate Changes

Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Joint broker working alongside SVS Securities Plc ("SVS"), with immediate effect.

Additionally, the Company announces that Mr Henry Kloepper has stepped down from the board of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Kloepper is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company also announces that it has appointed Kyle Appleby as Non-Executive Director to the Company with Immediate effect. 

John Zorbas, the Chief Executive officer of URU Metals Commented:

"The Board would like to thank Henry for his contribution to the Company and we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.

We are very pleased to have Mr. Appleby join the URU team. In addition to his board experience, Mr. Appleby has acted as Chief Financial Officer for numerous public companies across many industries. His management, financial and accounting experience will be a valuable asset to the company."
