Niger Uranium was notified on 7 January 2008 by UBS Investment Bank ('UBS') that
UBS holds in aggregate an interest of 4,174,760 ordinary shares of US$0.01 par
value each representing 5.03 per cent. of Niger Uranium's existing issued share
capital.
