Publication of Annual Report, Warrant Circular and S Share Circular

Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") has today published its annual report for the year ended 31 March 2010 together with two Circulars which notify holders of warrants and S Shares respectively of their final entitlement to exercise the conversion rights attaching to such warrants and S Shares.  These documents were sent to shareholders and warrant holders today and are available to view, and download, from the Company's website at www.uem.bm.

Holders of warrants and S Shares are reminded that the final exercise date is 2 August 2010.  Under the terms of the Trust Deeds of the warrants and S Shares, the Company has the power to purchase those securities for cancellation and, prior to the final exercise date, the Company may seek to acquire such securities through market purchases where it believes it is in Shareholders' interests to do so.
