Utilico Emerging Markets Limited(the "Company") announces that it was informed today that Charles Jillings, a non executive director of the Company, sold 813,350 ordinary shares at 125.5p per share on 18 February 2010.

Following this disposal, Mr Jillings holds 108,278 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Mr Jillings also holds 293,093 warrants and 10,846 S shares.
