Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it was informed today that Kevin O'Connor, a non executive director of the Company, sold 80,845 ordinary shares at 132.5p and 15,000 warrants at 30p on 4 March 2010.

Following this disposal, Mr O'Connor holds 434,672 ordinary shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.  Mr O'Connor also holds 59,668 warrants and 5,423 S Shares.
