('Shares') into his Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). This does not

change Charles Jillings's beneficial ownership of 747,429 Shares, being 0.35% of

the Company's current issued share capital. The Shares are registered in the

name of Charles Jillings SIPP 263,268 Shares and Charles Jillings 484,161 Shares.

The transfers into the SIPP took place on 5 December 2011.
