Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 2 July 2013 of the following changes to Directors' shareholdings following purchases of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 2 July 2013 at 172.00p per share. These purchases were made to satisfy the Directors' fees for the quarter ended 30 June 2013.
