Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 6 January 2015 of the following changes to Directors' shareholdings following purchases of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 6 January 2015 at 187.0p per share. These purchases were made to satisfy the Directors' fees for the quarter ended 31 December 2014.
