Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 10 April 2014 of the following changes to Directors' shareholdings following purchases of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 10 April 2014 at 186.50p per share. These purchases were made to satisfy the Directors' fees for the quarter ended 31 March 2014.
