Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 4 April 2016 of the following changes to Directors' shareholdings following purchases of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 4 April 2016 at 177.0p per share. These purchases were made to satisfy the Directors' fees for the quarter ended 31 March 2016.
