Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc (the "Company") announces it is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of its results for the six months ended 30 September 2021 has previously been and will continue to be notified via a regulatory information service.

Accordingly, the Company may continue to make purchases or sales of its own securities until the end of the mandatory closed period under MAR, which will end on the date of publication of the Company's half yearly report in respect of the six months ended 30 September 2021.
