Transaction in own shares

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Limited (the "Company") announces that on 6 February 2018 the Company purchased for cancellation 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 210p per share.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 211,206,455.

The above figure (211,206,455) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
