VAALCO Energy, Inc. (NYSE: EGY; LSE: EGY) ("VAALCO" or the "Company"), further to the announcement on 2 September 2022 that Michael Silver, former Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer was to leave the Company, announces that Mr Silver has forfeited 60,256 shares of restricted Common Stock, par value $0.10 per share, of the Company as a consequence of the cessation of employment with the Company.
