                          Application for Admission


Further to the announcement released yesterday regarding Articulate Ads,
application has today been made to the Alternative Investment Market for the
admission to trading of 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each. The shares
are being issued at 1p each to Articulate Ads as consideration for the Company
receiving a 10% stake in Articulate Ads.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and trading is expected to commence on 10 May 2001.
