Application has today been made for admission of 476,190 ordinary shares to
trading on AIM. These shares have been issued pursuant to a placing for cash at
2.1p per share. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence on 21
March 2002.
