            Room Service Group plc ('Room Service' or 'the Company'
           Publication of accounts and restoration of Trading on AIM


Room Service has published its accounts for the year ended 31st December, 2002.
The accounts are being posted to shareholders this evening and the restoration
of trading in its ordinary shares on AIM is expected to become effective on 25th
September, 2003.
