Chairman's Shareholding
The Company has today been informed that Mr Tim Dean-Smith, Executive Chairman
of Cube8.com, purchased 300,000 shares in the Company on 23 November, 2000 at
3.25p per share. Mr Dean-Smith now has an interest in 24,757,680 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 7.05 per cent of the issued share capital.
