Director's Shareholding
The Company has today been informed that David Dobson, a non-executive
Director of Cube8, due to unforeseen financial circumstances, has today sold 3
million shares in the Company at 0.5p per share. Mr Dobson now holds a total
of 7,452,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.08 per cent of the issued share
capital.
