                Asset Disposal and Date of Preliminary Results


The board of Room Service Group plc, the exclusive restaurant food and dry
cleaning delivery business, is pleased to announce the disposal of 100,000
Affinity Internet Holdings plc shares at 170p each.  The company purchased these
shares when it was trading as Cube8 Group plc.

The preliminary results for the year-end December 2001 for Room Service Group
plc are expected to be published on 29th May 2002.

These results represent the period before Room Service reversed into Cube8 Group
plc on January 4th 2002.
