                              Notifiable interest

The Company has been notified that, Chiddingfold Investments Limited
('Chiddingfold') is now beneficially interested in 12,500,000 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 40.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company. The Company has also been notified that Libra Investments Limited, an
associate of Chiddingfold, is now beneficially interested in 900,000 ordinary
shares, representing 2.88 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
