The Company was notified earlier today that on 27th January, 2004, Chiddingfold
Investments Limited disposed of 6,100,000 ordinary shares and is now
beneficially interested in 6,122,761 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 19.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
