                              Notifiable interest

The Company was notified earlier today that on 30th January, 2004, Chiddingfold
Investments Limited ('Chiddingfold') disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares and is
now beneficially interested in 6,022,761 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 19.28 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, Libra Investments Limited ('Libra') hold 700,000 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 2.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.

Peter Abbey is the sole director and shareholder of Chiddingfold and Libra and
is beneficially interested in 6,722,761 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 21.52 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
