Following the admission of the Placing Shares, as set out in the announcment on
2 May 2008, the Company received notification yesterday that City Equities Ltd
had that day disposed of 6,250,000 ordinary shares of 6p each in the Company. As
a result, City Equities Ltd no longer holds shares in the Company and does not
have an interest in any voting rights of the Company.
