Issue of equity

The Company announces that it has issued 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 1p per share pursuant to an agreement to issue Ordinary Shares in lieu of services received by the Company. Application has been made for the admission of 200,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 30 April, 2009. On admission, the Company will have 136,478,365 Ordinary Shares in issue.
